Thanks for the love on Sunday Morning Girl! This was so fun to see because this past week was the release week for my debut novel, How to Love You When You're Gone and the throwback to an old piece I love dearly made my heart warm.
Gabriela, I’m happy you found my little place online and came over to connect! It’s so nice to hear from writers whose work I enjoy reading. Congratulations on your book! I’ll look for it. 💛
Marfa! What a great song! Thanks for putting the band and the song on my radar. I didn’t get 80s from Daisy but she looks a lot like my niece, which was fun.
I’m so glad you like Marfa, too. All their songs I’ve heard are great. I think Daisy’s dewy makeup, wavy hair, big sunglasses, and white halter top reminded me of me & my girlfriends - probably more late 70s/early 80s. Fun!

Thank so much for the mention, Charlotte. :)
Oh, I read Mexican Gothic, it was ok.
Great recs, again—thank you Charlotte!
Enjoy! XO

Ohh, The Bewitching sounds great! I've read another one of her books (Gods of Jade & Shadow) and really enjoyed it.
It’s so good! I’ll add Gods to my tbr list!
I also enjoyed The Count of Monte Cristo series. I almost didn’t watch it, but I’m glad I did.
It was so absorbing!
